tuesday morning

(Arizona shirt, Forever 21 skirt, Vera Wamg tights, Blowfish boots)

This morning was a very lazy one, which is why I felt like publishing my plaid shirt from JCPenney. It is so thin yet so flannel-y and amazing, so of course I had to wear it on a windy day. When I walked out the door I was silently scolding myself for wearing a skirt in February, but what the hell. I felt happy and that's all that matters. xoxo

we claim to be

Yep. This is what my friends and I do during the Superbowl. I showed my packers sprit(ish) in wearing my tri-lemon romper from American Apparel, which has been one of my favorite purchases. Plus the weather in Roseville was an unusual 75 degrees, all the more reason to wear the cotton-y, comfortable goodness. xoxo

backstage

I haven't posted in awhile because these past few days have been crazy. It was a dance performance at my studio called Backstage, where the audience gets to see sneak peeks at our works in progress. This year is very exciting because the company I'm in is performing at Jacob's Pillow, a prestigious school located in the woods of Massachussets. There were two shows a night, so in order to stay alive I downed a couple Red Bulls and cocktail-flavored Jelly Bellies. It was a fantastic night :) Everyone did amazing and it was loads of stress and fun! xoxo

documentary

Today in english class we watched a documentary on Chris McCandless and his "alaskan Odyssey". I just finished reading Into The Wild and I plan on watching the movie from Sean Penn in 2007. It made me think of adventures and people who go after what they want, and this shot was my own odyssey. I spent this past summer in China, and to say I had an adventure is an understatement. As I plan to go to college very soon, it has made me realize to live my life without any regrets. Moral: live your life!! that's all. xoxo
